Modify Submitted Declaration
[OFFICIAL ADVISORY] Modifications to submitted declarations are subject to review and may incur additional administrative levies. Not all fields may be amendable depending on the current adjudication status. The declarant is advised to review all modification conditions prior to initiating an amendment request.
Modification Eligibility
A submitted declaration may be eligible for modification provided the following conditions are satisfied:
The declaration has not yet received a final determination (APR or DEN status) — declarations under active adjudication may be eligible for modification at the discretion of the reviewing authority
The modification pertains to data fields designated as amendable under the applicable regulatory framework
The declarant provides valid authentication credentials (reference number and registered email address)
The modification request does not alter the fundamental eligibility basis of the original declaration

Modification Procedure
The modification process follows the administrative protocol outlined below:
Step 1: Authentication
Access the Applicant Login Portal using the assigned reference number and registered email. Navigate to the modification function within the application management interface.
Step 2: Field Amendment
Select the data fields requiring amendment and provide the corrected information. Supplementary documentation may be required for certain field types.
Step 3: Submission for Review
Submit the modification request for administrative review. The declaration status will update to MOD (Under Modification) during the review period.
Step 4: Adjudication
The modification is reviewed under the applicable modification protocol timeline (estimated up to 48 hours). The declarant is notified of the outcome via electronic correspondence.
Modification Fees
Modification requests may be subject to an administrative modification fee, assessed at the time the amendment request is submitted. The fee is disclosed prior to confirmation and covers the administrative cost of re-review and potential credential reissuance.

Notice: If the required amendment pertains to a non-amendable field (passport number, name, date of birth, or nationality), the declarant must submit a new declaration. The existing declaration may be cancelled subject to the provisions of the Refund Policy.
