Legal Instrument
Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026 | Last Amended: April 16, 2026
General Provisions
Refund eligibility is determined by the adjudication stage of the submitted declaration at the time a cancellation request is received. Administrative service fees may be partially or fully non-refundable, as specified below.
Pre-Adjudication Cancellation
Declarations cancelled prior to the commencement of the adjudication process may be eligible for a refund, less applicable administrative processing fees. The determination of whether adjudication has commenced rests with the administrative office.
Post-Adjudication Cancellation
Declarations that have entered or completed the adjudication process are generally not eligible for refund. This includes both favorably and unfavorably adjudicated declarations, as the administrative service has been rendered.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 business days via the original payment instrument. The exact timeline may vary depending on the payment processor. This portal is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party financial institutions.
Dispute Resolution
Refund disputes shall be submitted in writing via the Contact portal. Each dispute is subject to individual review and determination by the administrative office. The decision of the administrative office is final and binding.
