ETA Express Entry is a private third-party service. We are not affiliated with the UK Government or GOV.UK.

Important: Fee Separation
Your total payment consists of two separate components: our service fee (which covers guided application assistance, error checking, submission handling, and email support) and the official UK Government fee (Set by the UK Government). These fees have different refund conditions as outlined below.
Service Fee Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility for our service fee depends on the status of your application at the time of the request:
Before Submission to Authorities
If your application has not yet been submitted to the relevant authorities for processing, you may request a refund of the service fee. Contact us within 14 days of payment.
After Submission to Authorities
Once your application has been submitted for official processing, the service fee is non-refundable as the application assistance work has been completed.
Duplicate Submissions
If a duplicate application was submitted due to a technical error on our platform, you are eligible for a full refund of the duplicate charge. Please provide both application reference numbers.
Government Fee Refund
The official UK Government ETA fee is collected on behalf of the government and is non-refundable once submitted. This fee is set and controlled by the UK Government, and refund of this component is subject to the government's own policies, not ours.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team via the Contact Us page with the following information:
- Your application reference number
- The email address used during application
- The reason for your refund request
- Any supporting documentation
Refund Processing Timeline
Our team will acknowledge your refund request within 2 business days and provide an initial assessment. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–14 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds are not available in the following situations:
- Applications that have been fully processed and received a determination (approved or refused)
- Applications where false or misleading information was provided
- Change of mind after the application has been submitted for processing
- Requests made more than 30 days after payment
- The official UK Government fee portion, once submitted
Disputed Charges
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. We can usually resolve billing issues directly and promptly.
