ETA Express Entry is a private third-party service that provides assistance with UK Electronic Travel Authorisation applications. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the UK Government, GOV.UK, or any official government body. Applicants may also apply directly through the official UK Government website.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ETA Express Entry website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of our platform immediately.

Nature of Our Service

ETA Express Entry provides a guided application interface that assists users in completing and submitting UK Electronic Travel Authorisation applications. Our services include:

  • A step-by-step application form with instructions
  • Pre-submission error checking and validation
  • Application submission assistance
  • Email-based status updates
  • Email-based customer support

We do not make decisions regarding the approval or refusal of any ETA application. All determinations are made solely by the UK Government authorities. We have no influence over the outcome of any application.

Fees and Payments

Our total charge consists of two components:

  • Government fee: The official UK Government ETA fee, which is passed through to the government

No Guarantee of Outcome

We do not guarantee the approval of any ETA application. We do not guarantee specific processing times by the government authorities. Our processing time estimates refer to the time for our submission assistance, not the official government review period.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ETA Express Entry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including damages resulting from application refusals, travel disruptions, or processing delays.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ETA Express Entry operates.
