Formal response issued to the declarant's registered electronic mail address. Follow-up correspondence may be initiated if required.
Notice: For matters requiring reference to a specific declaration, the declarant must include the assigned application reference number (format: UK-ETA-2026-XXXXXXXX) and the registered electronic mail address in all correspondence. Inquiries submitted without a valid reference number may experience extended processing timelines.
